超精巧阻抗分析儀
有高要求測量,但沒有空間容納龐大實驗設備?要在現場進行阻抗光譜測量?Sciospec 提供的 ISX-3mini 是一款功能完整、掌心大小的阻抗分析儀,專為這類需求設計。
在標準配置下,ISX-3mini 採用 Sciospec 的 IF 前端模組,測量頻率範圍由100 mHz 到 10 MHz(可選配擴展至40或100 MHz)、阻抗測量動態範圍高達 300 dB(mΩ 到 TΩ),而基本精度達 0.01%。並搭載兩個多工MCX 4電極測量埠,可方便地對兩個感測器或待測物進行比較測試。
ExtensionPort 系統
為了靈活擴展應用範圍,可透過 ExtensionPort 連接應用專用前端模組與轉接器。該介面與規格對使用者完全開放,大幅簡化ISX-3mini使用者自行開發的流程。ExtensionPort 連接器支援2、3、4 電極測量訊號、電源軌、及數位輸入/輸出,並可選擇設定為 I2C、UART 等序列介面。

In standard configuration the ISX-3mini is equipped with Sciospec’s IF frontend. Within the measurement range from 100 mHz to 10 MHz (extendable to 40 or 100 MHz) it covers a dynamic range of 300dB (mOhm…TOhm) with a base precision of 0.01%. The two multiplexed 4-electrode MCX measurement ports greatly simplify comparative measurements of two sensors or devices under test.
ExtensionPort System
For flexible extension of its application possibilities application-specific frontends and adapters can be connected through the ExtensionPort system. Interface and specifications for the ExtensionPort are fully user accessible dramatically simplifying customer’s developments for and with the ISX-3. The connector carries measurement signals for 2,3 and 4-electrode configuration, supply rails and digital IOs, which can optionally be configured as serial interfaces (I2C, UART).
